Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unworn merchandise, excluding special orders and clearance items. Returns must be initiated within fifteen days of receiving your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right. Contact us within seven days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll take care of you.
Special Orders & Clearance Items
All special orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned. If you need to cancel a special order, please notify us within twenty-four hours of purchase.
